STRUCTURE OF THE NET ASTRA
When manufacturing the ASTRA wrap net, we run the weft in the method called "reflection in mirror". On achieving the cross-weave effect, the mesh gets thickened by the wefts binding the chains together.

STRENGTH
Applying the cross-weave has resulted in the net's strength increase up to over 266 daN and also, in preventing the harvest materials from slackening during making the bales and in storage period.

FROM EDGE TO EDGE
Bales get covered with the net all over their width from edge to edge.

REINFORCED EDGES OF ASTRA EXTEND
This net, featuring edges reinforced by the cross weave and special mesh structure, protects egdes of bale against stems sticking out of swathe during wrapping the bale in silage foil. The system allows also for spreading the net all over the width of the bale and, to some extent, it covers the crosswise surface of the bale (the net can be stretched up to 1260mm wide).

LENGTH
>2000m. of the roll length guarantees making 200 bales from one roll of net
ANTISTATIC
Antistatic component included (2% standard addition), the net will be protected against electrifying effect when in contact with metal parts of baling press.
UV
UV stabilizer (2% standard addition) protects the net against effects of excessive solar radiation.

PROTECTION AGAINST GETTING SOAKED
The structure of net protects the netted harvest materials against soaking when the bales are stored in the open field.
