» Details of packing

The wrap net is wound on paper tubes. One end of the tube is painted red. This "red mark" indicates the spot where unwinding of the net should be started (at the top) and will later facilitate installing the net in the baling machine special container. On winding completed, the roll of net is encircled with a paper label. The label gives information on a kind of product, manner of storage, operation instruction and pictograms specifying technical and physical properties of the product. Next, the roll of net is wrapped in foil to have it protected against damage and unwinding.

The rolls of net are bound together with a twine in packets, two rolls per each packet. These packets are placed on wooden pallets of 1200mm. x 1000mm. x 150mm. size. They are put in layers, one upon another (up to 8 layers), each layer containing 4 packets (altogether 32 packets on a pallet). The packets are layed alternately, thus ensuring steady position of the goods on the pallet. Outside measurements of pallet should not exceed max. 1300mm. x 1140mm. x 150mm. Pallets get wrapped in stretch foil. In order to protect the products against the damaging impact of bad weather conditions and dampness, the pallets are additionally protected by black foil put on the top layers and transparent foil (or cardboard sheet) put down on pallets prior to placing there the first layer of product.
